The Legacy Scholarship was established by the WMU Alumni Association in
1990 to recognize the loyalty of multi-generation Bronco families. Recipients are awarded a non-renewable
scholarship of $1,000, and are selected based on the following criteria:
- Children, stepchildren, grandchildren, step-grandchildren, or siblings of a WMU alumna or alumnus
- Admitted to WMU as a regular undergraduate degree student
- Entering WMU for the first time, as a first-year or transfer student
- Completed application, submitted by Saturday February 23, 2013
