The Administrative Professional Association (APA) has organized a nine-hole golf outing for the WMU campus community. Anyone affiliated with WMU may play in this event. The golf outing is designed to introduce and build relationships with WMU colleagues. Join us after work for this fun event.
What: Fourth Biennial Community Golf Outing - Scramble Shotgun Start Longest Drive
Where: The Prairies Golf Club 5303 W. Main St, Kalamazoo, MI 49009
When: Friday, Aug. 17, 2012, at 3:30 p.m. Golfers must check in at the Prairies between 2:45 and 3:10 p.m. Shotgun start begins at 3:30.
Cost: Now through June 30, early registration, $35; July 1 through July 31, registration, $38; August 1 through August 9, late registration, $45. Price includes nine holes with cart, cash bar, gratuity, prizes, light dinner and refreshments.

Note: This event is limited to 36 players (18 teams of two).
Registration Deadline: Aug. 9, 2012, at Noon.
Details: Since the goal of this outing is to "build community" at WMU, people may register as a single (and be matched with someone) or as a double (and bring a colleague or a guest, such as a spouse). Doubles will be matched up with another pair from another department within WMU to create a foursome. This will give you the opportunity to meet new colleagues. Golf will conclude at the clubhouse with refreshments, presentation of awards and a light dinner.

Cancellations: Full refunds will be given for those who cancel by noon August 9.
