This workshop examines how people can be a source of competitive advantage to an organization. It will introduce you to various time tested effective human resource practices used by successful companies. In addition, it will propose strategies that you can put in place to help your business run more efficiently, and keep your employees engaged.

Business Management and Decision Making: 2 p.m. - 5 p.m.

This seminar will first help participants assess how they perceive and interact with others. It will then examine various factors that directly and indirectly impact their capacity to make important decisions. Finally, it shows how decisions made on logic and evidence result in better choices and benefits their organization.


Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Preparation - San Antonio

This workshop will provide the participants with the understanding and background necessary to pursue studies in lean-6 sigma certification. The workshop will provide a review of statistical tools and concepts necessary to understand the quality management roots of Lean Six Sigma.

This will be combined with a review of the development of mass production that has led to lean production methods. The workshop will conclude with a look at the application of these two technologies via the Design, Measure, Analyze, Improve and Control methodology.
